Carmine Renzulli is Spansion’s senior vice president of human resources. He brings more than 20 years of high-tech, executive, global and multi-site expertise to the company. Renzulli is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources globally including business consultation, organizational development, work culture and values, legal compliance and policies, workforce planning and staffing, mobility, retention and compensation.
Prior to Spansion, Renzulli was president and COO of Coast Personnel Services, Inc., where he led an entire organization and was responsible for creating and driving strategic and critical value for ensuring corporate financial and administrative integrity. In addition, Renzulli has held executive and senior level human resource management positions at Sanmina-SCI Corporation, Ultratech Stepper, United Technologies.
Renzulli has a bachelor’s degree in management from the University of New Haven.
