Scot Griffin is Spansion’s senior vice president and general counsel. He is responsible for overseeing all legal activities, including commercial contract negotiation, litigation, corporate governance and securities compliance.
Prior to Spansion, Griffin held a broad range of senior legal positions with Tessera Technologies and Intel, and also served as EVP of Tessera’s Microelectronics division.
Griffin holds a juris doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of Law and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
