Industrial Applications using Spansion NOR, Serial and NAND Flash Memory




 
 

NOR Flash for Industrial

Industrial applications are very diverse but have a common set of requirements including long-term product support for 10 or more years, high reliability and quality. Spansion flash memory is perfectly suited to meet these requirements in medical, defense and aerospace/avionics, building and factory automation and controls, energy systems, human–machine interface (HMI), point–of–sale and kiosks, security/surveillance and other general industrial applications.
