Spansion CD/CL Flash Memory
The Spansion CD and CL NOR Flash memory is available in densities of 16 Mb and 32 Mb. The families are optimized to withstand harsh under-the-hood automotive environments while maintaining high reliability and high performance. In addition to burst frequency support of up to 75 MHz, the CD and CL families offer a wide x32 data bus and extended temperature support.
