Products

Spansion products are at the heart of electronics systems. System designers can select from a broad array of parallel NOR Flash and serial NOR Flash memory solutions, including 5V, 3V and 1.8V products from 1 Mb to 2 Gb. Packaging configurations include single-die packaged, die and wafer, and multi-chip product (MCP) configurations. Later this year, customers can also choose NAND Flash memory from Spansion with the same commitments they've come to expect from our NOR Flash memory line. With thousands of products to choose from, Spansion has solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
