MirrorBit® ORNAND™ for Embedded Markets

Planned 3-volt MirrorBit ORNAND devices ranging from 128 Mb to 2 Gb will offer an optimized NAND-interface data storage solution for automotive, networking and home entertainment applications. The first in the 3-volt MirrorBit ORNAND family, a 2 Gb device, will sample this summer and is expected to be in production in the fourth quarter.
